Most AI estimators price your job from national averages or generic catalogs — the same numbers for every contractor, and they never change. Measur learns from your work: every price you correct and every receipt you scan becomes a learned price, private to your company, that outranks generic data on your next estimate. After a few completed jobs it also compares what you estimated to what the job actually cost and flags the divisions you historically underbid — before you send the next bid. The tool gets more accurate the longer you use it, because it's learning your business, not the industry's.
No. AI takeoffs and AI estimate conversations have monthly limits on Starter (5 each) to keep AI costs predictable. Building estimates by hand, proposals, invoices, projects, job-cost records, and Pricebook entries have no count cap on Starter or Pro. Receipt AI scans have a separate daily limit. Follow-up messages inside an existing AI conversation never count against your limit.
